Everyone is so nice here. When I arrived in the morning (hours before the check-in time) the owner/manager lady promised to prepare my bed as early as possible after hearing that I spent the previous night on a night bus. I also got a tour of the hostel and could hang out there drinking the free coffee until my bed was ready while my suitcase was secured in a storage room. I also asked for a bottom bed and I got it :) Best hostel I ever stayed at!

Super clean, feel-like-home apartment with very well equipped rooms and kitchen, and beautiful garden,as well as an access to a small mountain with magnificent view on top. Mrs. Ludmila, the nice host was so kind to us and made efforts for helping us for our laundry that we do not need to come back for moving washed clothes to dryer, all clothes were nicely folded after we get back from whole day trip, these are extremely helpful values added services provided to us. We strongly recommend the hotel to everyone will stay in Heidelberg.

Loved the modern loft and the plug in fan in the bedroom made it feel at home. The complementary tea and coffee were also very nice! We enjoyed a short ride on the Sbon to downtown for more exploration. The hosts were accommodating to our arrival and gave a tour of the room. Also, loved the touch of the live plants. Bed was comfortable and glad there were shade options for the windows so we could go to Sleep early.
