Weve stayed in gites , holiday cottages and apartments all around the U.K. and many European countries and never seen such a well set out and comprehensively equipped apartment with everything in it first rate. It has obviously been recently refurbished to a very high standard and everything including the kitchen sink, dishwasher and all the fitted units and all other furniture are pristine - and it’s really thoughtfully equipped from the washing machine and tumble drier in the basement to the bathroom toiletries , the little safe in the bedroom wardrobe and a big plasma telly in both the sitting room and room There lots of of plates , cups , saucers and other cutlery and crockery enough to feed a small army , let alone a family of four . Bedrooms well appointed and comfy bed. S Excellent location for central Rhine gorge 2 supermarkets 5 min drive and shop and bar/ bistro in village itself . Should you ever venture this way to explore the Rhine Gorge it’s well worth seeing if it’s available . Super shower room Everything spotlessly clean

Very nice property, clean, and well quipped. Their kitchen is much better equipped than most of places I have been. Comfortable bed, hospitable hosts. They carried my luggage upstairs and carried it down when I left, I really appreciated it. It is very close to the train station.

Excellent location, very central. The kitchen was very convenient and 2 bedrooms were great for 2 couples. Short walk to the river promenade, shops, restaurants and the chairlift.

Location in front of train station. It has a beer garden in front of the Rhine, it is renovated, clean, with good reception. Cheap buffet breakfast. Nice hostel room with bed curtains, individual light, good mattress. (remember: the small Tourist Tax gives you access to the museum and FREE local Rhine public transport!).

Very good breakfast. Kind hosts. Nice place, nice town. Promenade. A lot of possibilities for hiking. A mountain cable to Gedeonseck with spectacular views. A medieval castle on the other side. Be careful with the ferry to the other side, some days it stops to operate rather early.
