We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

The host (Jack) and his father were very accommodating to everyone in the hotel. I say this because they made our trip so easy by helping us book our tickets to the destinations we wanted to go and provided us with transportation to wherever we needed. We really felt like we were part of the “family” when we stayed at their hotel. Speaking of hotel, the rooms were very clean and well kept together. Jack allowed us to use the laundry upstairs which was meant for staff use. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the next time I book a trip to WuLingYuan/ZhangJiaJie! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!

The boss is very kind, enthusiastic, and very attentive. I personally picked us up and helped us develop a tour guide, and ordered park tickets at a discount. It was great! The homestay is very tidy. Next time I come to Zhangjiajie, I will still stay at this homestay. Everything is great and worth recommending.

Location is SUPER, 3-5 minutes walk from the west entrance of the park. The room was well design with a stunning view.The staffs were so welcoming and helpful with getting the tickets and transfer from airport. The food was really good( Beef hot pot and local bacon).
