The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We had a cute balcony with a view to the pool and the main fortress in town- Tsarevets. Extremely nice and friendly staff, happy to help with everything. The pool was clean and the bar beside it is a definite bonus! Breakfast was also good, we found a few different things on both mornings we spent there. A lot of nature and beautiful views all around the hotel. Location for us was perfect, as it is not inside the crazy center and at the same time very close to just walk there, however, if you do not feel fully safe on an empty road in the evening, you maybe should consider taking a cab.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It has a wonderful view of Tsaravets Fortress from the rooms and the terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide information on the surroundings and even help you with other travel arrangements that you may need for the rest of your trip. I strongly recommend the terrace's view around 11 pm.

The staff was very kind, the apartment was very clean, a lot of space, you can find there everything needed for a stay. They contacted us before arriving, explained us how to get there, when we arrived in the area they came to help finding the entrance. The apartment is large, with new furniture, very comfortable. It is near the city center.

Incredibly cosy apartment, there's a nice park right next to the building, supermarkets 10 minutes on foot. There are all appliances a family would need, even if you were like us, with a baby. Also the host is incredibly helpful. We'd come back if we have the chance.
