Probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had through a booking service. The hosts were excellent and the property was absolutely five star quality in my opinion. Location was perfect with easy access to the main areas of Sandanski while also being on an easy exit ring road system for avoiding traffic to explore other parts of Bulgaria. The property itself was immaculate and had massive balconies to enjoy being outside on each level. Fully equipped modern kitchen which barely got used as there are so many great restaurants nearby at extremely good value. The bedrooms were generous size with quality mattresses(I slept like a baby the whole time I was there) and the ensuite bathrooms were modern and as big as some bedrooms I've stayed in elsewhere. Communication was far and above the call of duty with the host providing us with all the information we needed to explore. The property was promptly cleaned and fresh linen provided upon request at any stage while all the cleaning equipment needed was there should you choose for more privacy. Genuinely pleasant hosts and I am already working out dates for planning my next stay.

The person that handed me the keys was very polite and humble. The studio was clean, there was a coffee machine with lavazza capsules, an iron , hair dryer . There was strong wifi, plenty of channels on the television, the aircon was cooling down the space within minutes.
