When arriving we got invited into the house by the host (and a very sweet dog) and sat around the kitchen table where he explained everything to us. In the morning we joined the family at the kitchen table again for a chat, and a very luxurious breakfast with freshly baked eggs and bacon, fruits, yoghurt, buns, and even chocolate buns! :) The location is very calm and quiet but still close to the city centre where there is a variety of cozy bars and restaurants.

The hosts were extremely friendly, and the property had an amazing location very close to the main roads to many locations, making it very easy to reach.
That’s a very cozy house with nice terrace. It is even better than on the photos. That’s plenty of space for 14 people. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace each day. Very clean and spacious. Has a good energy so the whole family enjoyed the stay and wanted to stay more. Very good for people with kids. Kids can play outside.

The room and the facilities were excellent everything was very clean , spacious room and bathroom. The view and the gardens really amazing . We spent couple of hours outdoor .
The location was ideal for me as I needed to be close to Bilzen. The breakfast was fantastic. Homemade bread and yogurt with lots more - too much to eat it all. Excellent quality food.
Breakfast was great, however it does get busy, so best to go down early. We haven’t managed to book a table for the restaurant so far as always fully booked. It’s a shame as the hotel doesn’t seem to have enough dining seating for the number of guests booked in when fully booked.
