We spent an amazing holiday in Hotel Kristall. The host and staff are very kind and friendly. They made us feel like home during Christmas period. The facility is very neat and cozy at the same time. The breakfast was amazing and the sauna area made us relax after skiing. Highly recommended and we cannot wait to book our next skiing trip in February here.

The host was very communicative and helpful - we had some technical problems during our stay and he tried his best to solve them, which he finally succeeded in. Very good attitude in the situation.

Everything was great. We went with a dog, so 12 was great as this is on the lowest floor. Living room was roomy, beds were comfy too. There is a locked garage and a ski room. Surroundings are beautiful. Ski lifts are close, there are some walking possibilities nearby too. Host was super nice.
