Two separate beedrooms, enough space for packing all our things, even a ski-storage unit downstairs. There are dvd-s to watch, cds to listen, the wlan was ok. In the living room there is a dining table that is big enough for the family to eat and play boardgames together. Everything was clean, though this is an old building, so it has a unique smell and atmoshpere. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Heidi's place very much.

Location is exceptional, both Erlaufsee and Mariazell is a walk away (<2km), breakfast and dinner buffet are versatile, fresh, well rounded and fairly priced. All but one employee were exceptionallly kind, helpfull, invested in the client.
Interior rooms were great, as well as exterior. Gym has modern and well rounded machines offer.
Not cheapest hotel, but not overpriced for the above mentioned.

Location is very close to town center, perfect to go out and have a walk, close to restaurants, shops, the Basilica etc. Parking was very convenient, because you receive a parking card with which you can park just in front of the house fre of charge. Beds were comfy, and apartment very clean.
The apartment was very clean and nice. Host very friendly. Location very good, close to the Gemeindealpe lift, with bikes it was easy to do to all attractions around.

Once we had a trouble with WIFI, the host reacted very quickly. In less than one hour we got the WIFI back. We are very pleased with this.
The apartment is located very central, near the cathedral, Bürgeralpe, and also near the bus station where we also did a day excursion to Gemeindealpe.
We were very happy with the apartment. Check in and check out was smooth, rooms were clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we might need, parking was easy. The location was great, short walk from the train station as well as the cable car to the Gemeindealpe. Also we’ve loved the cats!!!
The apartman was very clean. Bedroom is great for the 3 bed for 2 adults and a child. Big fridge (no freezer), coffe machine, hairdrier, micro, medium dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped! The panorama is perfect. Great communication with host. We would go back next time!
