The view of the mountains is absolutely amazing! The location is so great not far from town and also there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the centre. Beautiful location, with views of Untersberg right out front. Host met us on time to hand off keys and explain the apartments. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchens were well-stocked for cooking our own meals in the evening. Washing machine and dishwasher were appreciated. While this apartment is out of the heart of Salzburg, the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment; from there we could ride Bus #21 directly into Salzburg (20-30 minutes), or bus #35 to Grodig, where there were some shops and restaurants. We purchased the Salzburg Card, and both bus lines were included (verified by the bus driver). We also rented cars and easily drove into Berchestgaden and other surrounding lake areas.
