The house is incredibly charming, breakfast is excellent and Jamie and Dan are very friendly and helpful hosts! From the house we could walk to all there is to see in Niagara Falls, simply perfect!

Everything was impeccably maintained, with the bathroom, especially the shower, standing out as a dream. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our experience even more special. The cherry on top was the delightful breakfast, which was prepared with such care and love. We were so enamored with our stay that we immediately extended it by a day. Highly recommended!

Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

Susan’s Villa features suites with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and a private bathroom. Each suite has a smart TV and a work desk. They also include refrigerators, alarm clocks, and hairdryers. I love that they were able to accommodate my dietary needs (gluten free allergy). The BNB was close to everything such as shops and stores and especially the falls. The family was kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable here.
