About the bungalows: - The bungalows are absolutely beautiful, very well cleaned, beautifully decorated. Mattress and pillows were super comfortable, as well as quality of the sheets. And bonus points - only accommodation in Sao Tome I found a duvet!!! Most places have just a small blanket but nothing beats a proper duvet for someone like me who always gets cold at night. - It has a mini fridge, a TV, hot water with good pressure, quality towels, a hammock and sofas outside to chill. Honestly, this is top quality accommodation, especially for the cost. About the property: - The staff are super kind and helpful and made me feel very looked after <3 and the owner Erikson was always available through whatsapp ready to send tips, ask how things are going, etc also super accommodating with doing late check out since my flights was not before 10pm. - Their menu is really amazing, and they have proper vegetarian meals!!! It's amazing to feel that vegetarian meals are not just an afterthought. The desserts were also absolutely spectacular (that passionfruit mousse... to die for). And the omelette they made for lunch was exquisite, other locations should learn from them on how to make an omelette dish that is actually good, not oily, balanced and super tasty. - The waterfall that can be heard from anywhere in the property is yet another amazing selling point. You can hike to see it up close! - I enjoyed the pool and the pond next to it, with fish and turtles! Even if turtles were a bit shy. Nice place to refresh after a day out. - And last but not least, Jeff, the ginger cat. He's such a lovely kitty!!! As a crazy cat lady this was definitely one of the best things (I often look for cat references in reviews so leaving this one for other crazy cat people like myself :)) Overall top notch accommodation in Sao Tome!

A/C worked, shower with warm water and a fridge to keep bottle of water inside. The staff goes beyond everything if you can manage to communicate with them! The location for me was perfect, central and near a supermarket. The breakfast at the bar downstairs is also great! You can walk around, it is safe ! I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures are not pimped, the place is like that or even better, the rooms were clean like a nuclear lab. The room was cosy, the bed perfect, we simply couldnt have wished for better. Maria is a cheerful and all in all a wonderful host. we are grateful for all! Their chocolate mousse unforgottable! the place is en route Bombaim, so brace for road conditions, but if you want to check more remote and smaller places/sanctuaries, the place is for you! no internet, no cellular signal! enjoy your digital detox, thats what you probably came for.

Featuring mountain views, VIP House-Praia Francesca features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around less than 1 km from Lagarto Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The accommodation provides free shuttle service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. This accommodation was for us the start of a dream vacation. The comfort and size of the accommodation alone would be reason for us to rate highly. In addition, the incredibly dear and impressive host. We very rarely get into raptures, but this host is a sensation: so warm, so interesting and interested: simply impressive and what a gift to experience. A few more words about the accommodation. The accommodation is large, very clean and has a sensational terrace. The bed is perfect and large, windows have mosquito protection, are tight and even have blinds (so you can make it nice and dark to sleep) The garden is a dream. You not only see (almost) all the fruits you dream of, but also get them served for breakfast. Indescribably beautiful as already mentioned the meeting with the landlord Mr. Simão. Many recommendations, lots of interesting information and conversations about the region. It was also ingenious to arrive so late and have a place to stay so close to the airport. We were picked up, although it is only a few hundred meters, with a jeep. After many hours of flight, a luxury to be received so and to land in such a nice accommodation. Our summary and with focus on a round trip: the perfect place to arrive or depart from São Tomé and Principe and spent time close to airport and a nice beach close to the town. If we were business travelers we would say: a perfect place to have a nice, calm and safe accommodation away from the center

Incredible roca (plantation house), very clean, complex, with perfect meals served on roofed terrace with view of the sea, village and the evergreen jungle. High seilings, arc windows and doors, wooden stairs, wooden veranda, and lot of woodwork... On top of that no AC to destroy the authentic feeling - ceiling fan slowly moves hot air away. The roca is a perfect base for southern trips (equator island, Malanza and souther beaches).
