I stayed at Guesthouse Mesec Zaplana for one night on my 10 day trip around the exceptionally beaufitul country of Slovenia. The Guesthouse is located a short distance from the town of Vrhnika and is located in a quiet village. My double room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The food, both evening meal and self-serve buffet breakfast, were excellent and good value for money. Guesthouse Mesec Zaplana is highly recommended for an overnight stay in this part of Slovenia.
This hotel occupies several floors of a large villa that is situated on the banks of the Ljubljanica River. The location is perfect as this is where all the restaurants and bars are located on both sides of the river. We had a river view from our rooms window, yet it was very quiet. The room was large and comfortable. We absolutely would stay here again.
Other than a few lottle things, we really liked our stay. Tastefully designed apartment. It was a great experience staying there. It's in a calm area in the outskirt of the city. The place has almost everything one might need on a short term trip and the kitchen was really well-equipped. We enjoyed the minimalistic and open space in the house and the back yard. The check in and check out was easy and our host was helpful. I would like to stay there some other time.
Best B&B to stay around Ljubljana. Situated in a lovely village only 15 minutes by car from city center, this pansion offers a great value for money accomodation especially for road trippers. Above all we have to give credits to the host who really impressed us with his kindness and hospitality. In days of auto check in this is quite remarkable. I am the chair of a road trip club in Greece and I absolutely recommended it for travellers. Thank you very much for everything and we will be there soon again that's for certain.
Nice apartments that are located in a small village outside Ljubliana, near the mountains. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing location. The village has a small football field, which was very appreciated by the kids. The host is nice, and gave us great advice regarding our plans for the next day. We found water, juice, and beer in the fridge.

Very clean, cozy, in a good location, close to the city center, but far enough to be out of the crowd, pleasant staff, and secured parking in the villa's backyard.
Villa Sofija was a great place to stay! Me and my friends had 3 apartments and all in the same corridor door-to-door. The apartments were very clean, modern and had all that we could ask for. Spacious and with all the amenities we needed. The location is superb! Easy access with codes instead of keys, and the host Roman was easy to text with or just give a call if there were any problems.
The villa is in a really good location. Close to the city center and easy to find. Just on the other side of the place there is a really good restaurant called Das ist Walter, where we have found gluteen free option as well. We used this the place for short stay travelling to Venice. For that it was great with free parking included.
