I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner went beyond what was expected to accommodate everyone's needs. He and the entire crew of the guest house is so nice and kind. The island is a paradise, the food is great, the excursions gorgeous and the guest house is clean and peaceful. Do not doubt to come here!

The stay in Tropical Tree Guesthouse definitely made our holidays in Maldives. The treatment & highly professional way of interacting with the guests is phenomenal, and deserves all the praise. The guesthouse staff demonstrated a great level of enthusiasm and hospitality. (Despite of rather small size of the lodge and lack of any luxury). Very well done! The excursions offered by the hotel (we booked 2x fishing tours and snorkeling) were simply amazing (especially the fishing tours). It was different from any other plain vanilla „commercial“ tours we previously met other countries. The tours are being performed with high level of enthusiasm and efforts of the guides. We definitely recommend to visit the wonderful island and especially this hotel to everyone, who is willing to explore the „Real“- Maldives.

Dhoani Maldives Guesthouse is a recently renovated guest house in Kendhoo, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The property has garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. All staff were very nice. Everything we agreed on in advance worked. The guesthouse is very trustworthy. It is an inhabited island, so you need to behave accordingly, but the people here are pleasant. There is a nice beach for everyone and also a bikini beach where, unfortunately, the entrance to the water is not ideal, so we rather used the public beach in surf clothes. The guesthouse has the equipment exactly as described, we liked the perfect high quality mattress. The island is not big and neither is the beach, so you need to bring about 100-300 USD extra with you and then you will enjoy really great experiences that they offer. Excursions to the surrounding islands, sandbank, dolphins, etc. are really great and you will enjoy the real Maldives for good price. We were satisfied and would love to come back. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. the staff is very kind and helpful! we loved the trip they offered - the dolphins and plankton. the room was very clean and cleaned daily. there was everything we needed - a kettle, tea etc. the restaurant located in the hotel serves great food. the staff helped us with booking the boat to the island and answered all of our questions. Fulhadoo is such a magical place and we're grateful we could stay there :) thank you!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, LVIS Village is located in Dharavandhoo. Situated 100 metres from Dharavandhoo Beach, the property provides a private beach area and free private parking. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

Set within a few steps of Bikini Beach in Baa Atoll, MOONSHELL RESIDENCE features accommodation with seating area. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The accommodation offers free shuttle service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place. Maalhos is a very cozy and cute island. Even though it was small, there was always something to do. The island has a kindergarten, school, hospital, mosque, several cafes, grocery stores and a souvenir shop. The locals are very friendly and smiling, it was interesting to observe their way of life. We really enjoyed our holiday at Moonshell Residence, it is a beautiful, modern hotel. Waheed, the owner of the hotel, took care of our transfer from the airport to the hotel. From the airport we were taken by taxi to Male, and then we took a fast boat all the way to Maalhos Island. Waheed greeted us very hospitably, offering us fresh chilled coconuts and cold towels, which was very nice after the journey, and in the meantime our luggage was delivered to our room. About the room itself - we got a room with a balcony. The room was very spacious, had everything you needed, I really liked the comfortable large bed, the bathroom was also large and comfortable. There were also different light sources in the room, which created coziness. The room's air conditioning system is well thought out - there is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan, thanks to which you can cool the room very quickly. In addition, we really liked the cleaning, it was very high quality, after cleaning the room smelled of aromatic oils. On the first day, Waheed gave us a tour of the island and showed us everything. On the second floor of the hotel there is an excellent restaurant “Rooftop by Moonshell“. All the food was very tasty, the restaurant staff were lovely and genuinely hospitable. We always placed incense sticks to repellent mosquitoes near the table. Waheed did a great job planning all the activities for his guests, he also taught my wife how to snorkel and accompanied me while snorkeling. Then we swam to different locations, looked at sharks, turtles and manta rays. We also booked a romantic dinner on the beach, it was magical!

The patio and common area are very comfortable and great for relax and meet other guests. The food is great! Fresh and very tasty! The owners are very kind and helpful, they do everything to make sure your stay is great! The staff of the guesthouse are very lovely, kind and respectful people! We totally love them! The bikini beach is really beautiful, located at the end of the jungle, so you can ride a bike, which are available for guests, or have a lift from the guesthouse anytime. Jungle is amazing too! The guesthouse offers wide variety of trips, so you can choose from the list and have fun at the ocean or go to another island with super nice and responsible local guide. Island is very safe and locals are very friendly!

First of all it's located on a beautiful island Fulhadhoo-not one of your typical resort island with hotel staff only but a small community of indigenous Maledivians going arround their daily lives. The hotel is brand new with well designed chillout zone at the ground level. We got a room with a view at the island-you could basically see it whole . The hosts and the stuff members went above and beyond to make our stay nice and flawless, also helped to arrange for transportation back and forth. Special appreciation for Aseel who beautifully arranged an awesome setup for our romantic dinner on the beach. Food at the restaurant is also worth mentioning-it's Thai food mainly and it's tasty and authentic since the chef is a Thai. Overall I highly recommend Palms Reatreat for people who would like to experience the vibe of a small Maledivian island while having a nice accommodation and atmosphere.

To Martin, Thank you. We had a wonderful (less crowded) stay on your stunning island. The room was amazing, modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. Our bathroom had an open shower where we could see the moon at night time, it was magical. We had complimentary water during our stay at the guesthouse. A beach towel and other towel were also provided along with coffee. The free breakfast was huge and delicious. So much so we chose to eat dinner every night at the restaurant as well. Very reasonably priced our meals were between 5-10US dollars each. Aside from the hospitality from you and Shariq our favourite part of our stay was the close proximity to the bikini beach, which had amazing snorkelling so close to the shore. We saw black tip reef sharks, eagle ray, hawksbill turtles and many schools of fish. At night we went with Shariq to the ‘secret spot’ which isn’t really secret but we liked to think so… and we were beyond delighted to be joined with several eagle rays, sting rays and 5-6 nurse sharks one night. We loved our stay! You can also rent snorkels for 5US dollars a day and there are many excursions that are reasonably priced. Thank you for organising our transport to and from the island by speedboat it took 2.15hours to get there and less than 2hours back (it can be rough for those prone to seasickness). Thank you, we absolutely loved our stay. * Please note when we arrived we were actually upgraded to another guesthouse owned by Martin, which is not on booking.com yet. We highly recommend it.
