Overall, the place was fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it.

This price quality/ratio is one of the best we’ve ever got. The food is made with love and it tastes simply amazing, they offer all meals, drinking water, and even packed lunch and breakfast for the game drives. The options for game drives are AMAZING, great rates and you get to sit alone in the car (this is rare!). The drivers are super experienced and bring you to the hidden spots before everyone else arrives. The staff is also super friendly and attentive, and they all make you feel at home. The swimming pool is also beautiful and relaxing after a long day.

Jacib and his family are so welcoming and open so share their house and knowledge in a genuine way. The nature walk and massai village visit with Jacob were a highlight of my trip. I did nature walk and village with a safari organized by a tour operator the following days, and Jacob was way better. I regret not doing the safari with him as a guide. He is a naturalist and at the same time he knows and loves Masai culture so much, and is an open book for all the questions you migh have. The accommodation is very simple yet clean and comfortable. They were super accomodating with vegetatian diet. Higly recommend for sólo travelers who are adventureous souls and who put genuine local experience above comfort.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Enkusero is a small boutique camp, owned and run by William who is a local Masai, a passionate host and an excellent guide with15 years of experience. He took us for tailor- made safaris and went out of his way to show us the Big Five and countless other wonderful creatures. The location was fantastic and ideally located to visit the Masai Mara reserve. Our tent was luxurious and beautifully furnished . They had wooden decks with large verandas, for us to enjoy the sight of zebras, wildebeest and gazelles that grazed and freely roamed around the camp. The camp was exclusive and intimate in character with 3-4 luxury tents, perfect for one large or two small families. The food was par excellence . Robert is a fabulous chef who delighted in serving us exquisite dishes, most beautifully presented. We were quite apprehensive of food as we are vegetarians but it seemed no trouble for the skilled chef. The team, service and hospitality was superb. We took packed breakfast on most morning game drives. They were delicious and plentiful. I would like to make a special mention of the bush dinner with camp fire and lanterns which was really spectacular. William also organised sundowner drinks and it was simply humbling watching the sunset in the vast, peaceful setting of the Mara. We thoroughly enjoyed a visit to the traditional village of the Masai community, which William was happy to organise. To add to all this, the money spent at the camp directly benefits the local Masai community as it provides direct employment and there are no middlemen involved. We stayed 5 nights and each day was above all our expectations. Fantastic place where to stay if you want to be in the middle of wilderness and at the same time feel safe, special and be treated like royalty. Big Thank You to William and his team for making our stay so special and memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at Entumoto! The rooms were spacious and clean, filled with all amenities and the service we received was exceptional. Alex was our guide for our game drives and he was incredible and so knowledgeable! We received great food every day and some highlights were a surprise lunch in the middle of our safari day. Our experience was really tailored to what we wanted. Would highly recommend! Also the views were amazing from the camp.

An amazing place for a luxurious safari holiday. The staff were amazing, great service. From the wet towels when you step off the jeep, to the food (amazing chefs), to the room staff. Every time we even stepped out of the tent, our bins were emptied, bed was made (even when we were going to check out), and room set. Game drives were amazing, guides knew their stuff and worked together to find the big 5.
We stayed in Giraffe Cliff which was an amazing place. On the first night we had elephants right outside our tent, breaking branches at 1am! Every night the elephants were around, sleeping around the tents, but staff were always on site to guide us with torches if we ever needed to get around.
They've thought of everything. We had an amazing time there, and would highly recommend it.
Maji Moto
Maji Moto Eco Camp is located at the foot of the little-known and spellbindingly beautiful Loita Hills. Your stay is inclusive of all-day guided activities like Nature walks, Warrior training, Local school visits, Wildlife tracking, Maasai homestead (Manyatta) visits, Beading, Firemaking and Campfire stories. Staying in the Camp was one of the best experiences in Kenya. We stayed there only for one night, but we learnt so much about Massai and felt extremely welcome. The staff showed us there world and guided us, so that we felt part of their home during a bush walk. We learnt the meaning of some of their dances and were shown the fire making without lighter. The food was good and original, but don’t expect a 5 course meal. It was simply good! For us as it was a must have while around the Mara.

Very good location close to the Gate of Masai Mara NP. Also you can ser hippos directly at the camp. Very kind stuff. They managed Safari Guide and visit of Masai village for us.
Good location for Maasai Mara reserve. They organised safari, hot air ballooning, Maasai village visit etc. Prices are high for what you get compared to other parts of the world but I suppose that's standard in the area and not the fault of the accommodation. We were lucky the place was available when we visited. I would stay there again but I wouldn't say its great value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, to the best of their abilities. I think any shortcomings lie with upper management and owners who are not on-site.
The place just nearby of the main gate and the village, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the safari game drive was organised very well with a good cost, the best restaurant and the best chef i think in that area, the price that i paid was superb, i really love and enjoy my holiday here, Thank you so much
Cultural experience with local Masai, which made us feeling at home Great activities like hiking and village tour Friendly atmosphere Spacious room with surprisingly good and hot shower We had an unforgettable time with Lewis and John
We really enjoyed our stay in this little mudhouse, spending time with the family. You're right next to a small village, so you get a very authentic view on peoples every day life. You can ask Kurrid any question and he will explain the Masai culture to you. We had a wonderful stay and if we'll ever be back in Kenya we'll definitely come back.
Since we were on a budget trip, it was definitely value for money which none of the resorts would have offered. Place was neat and clean. Everything was organised well. We stayed here for 3 nights. Talek village is just around a km away. The staff was very co- operative and friendly. We spotted warthogs and baboons inside the camp. We also spotted hippos just a stones throw away inside the Talek river. There was a variety of food on all days and nothing was repeated.
