Firstly the name of the property : "Sree Lakshmi Sreenivasa Nilayam" sounds so auspicious and heartwarming, especially to those going on a pilgrimage to see Sri Venkateswara : the lord of Tirumala. Secondly , the apartments were spacious and the location of the property is so close to a lot of restaurants, shopping areas and important destinations including Padmavati Amma Temple. Most importantly, Tirupati Tirumala Temple Entrance Gate can easily be accessed from this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service they provide is excellent. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Lower Tirupati.

We only stayed for one night and left early next morning. The best thing was the caretaker boy who received us and helped us with our needs. The entire floor with 2 rooms and one kitchen was given to us. The rooms were big and had A/C. The drawing room was large and had TV and sofa. The TV was smart TV and we could connect using our credentials for watching HotStar. WiFi connectivity was good. The owner was also in constant touch on phone to ask for any needs we had.

It was a comfortable stay.The host Ramacharyulu garu is super duper friendly and arranged everything.He by himself went to hotel and ordered food for us as we arrived late night. Overall it was so good.
