Great host (Loukas) - provided transport to and from the ferry, facilitated a quick check-in and gave us the island basics. Makares is just a short walk to the center of the village. Great seaview, clean - as advertised. Felt comfortable to spend a couple of days there.
No Breakfast. Location was great (in the heart of the village), provided that you are not looking for a sea-view location. Building is brand new (a year old) and the owner runs 2 other properties on the island so he's very experienced and this shows in the construction of the building (materials) as well as facilities and amenities.
Ntina came to meet us at the airport, the property is well connected by road and footpath to the main village just 5 minutes away, peaceful and relaxing stay.
Beautiful duplex a few minutes walk from the main beach and village. High quality beds, bathrooms and furniture probably the best rooms on the island with the nicest host, he picks you up on arrival at the ferry and drops you off. Always keen to help. Thanks for a great stay!

A great place to stay on a beautiful Island. 5 minutes walk down to the village and the village beach. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Kedros beach. Highly recommended.
Marianna and her family were very helpful. Her son Alex met us at the port and speaks good English. The apartment was cleaned regularly. The location was great - in the village, close to tavernas, the beach and the mini market.
Large comfortable studio with patio overlooking the village. Friendly owner. Picked up at port and driven to property (seems further by road as the road does a large loop around the village). A few minutes walk to the centre along a footpath.
What a fantastic place. We were welcomed like old friends the moment we stepped off the ferry. The complex is made up of tiny houses in Cycladic style looking out on a square so it feels like you are staying in a small village. And the sunsets are simply sublime.
