The garden is a lovely place to meet fellow travellers or eat your breakfast when warm enough. A very relaxing spot a short walk from the port & ferry.

At the main street there are a lots of bakery and restaurants. To reach the accommodation from the main road there is a very steep hill you must climb. If you have luggage it might be better for you to take a taxi to reach the accommodation. Overall the view of the accommodation is beautiful.

It offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access and it is only 100 metres from the nearest beach. Excellent value for budget accommodation. Studio apartment had a spacious bedroom, en suite shower and a small kitchenette with a good-sized fridge. The balcony overlooks the garden and has a view of the Temple of Apollo, which was lovely. The owner is very friendly and has heaps of good suggestions for sites of interest, restaurants, books and more. Great location just a few minutes from the Temple of Apollo and both Avra and Kolona beaches. It is walking distance from Aegina harbour (although Google maps did mess me around a bit, telling me to turn left AFTER Ulrika Hotel instead of before. I backtracked and soon found a sign pointing to Kalokenti)
Vagia
Located in the quiet village of Vagia, The Beachhouse is right on the beach. It offers self-catering units with views to the garden or the Saronic Gulf. Free WiFi is available in some areas.

Nikos, the host, is exceptional. He is super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The view from the property and terrace was stunning, we enjoyed it our entire stay. The location is excellent, providing a great base for us to explore Aegina. Facilities at the villa had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the sea views from our balconies were exceptional. It was amazing to wake up and step outside to such a wonderful view. The pool was very clean and, again we had those views! The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk into the village of Souvala where you will find an excellent bakery, a supermarket and some cafes, bars and restaurants. A special mention for Vicky at the Mistral who was very kind and helpful.
Miss Valentina house is a great place to stay in Perdika! The house is as per the pictures. Booking and arrival were super easy. The host was also very helpful to prepare our stay. Note 1: you have 3 bed rooms underground (still enough sun light thanks to a smart architecture, no worries) and 1 upstairs. Kids enjoy the downstairs rooms a lot, parents did prefer having a view. Note 2 : you probably need a car to go to the village center (18min walk downhill) and any of the fantastic beaches near by.
It was a very nice stay at Perdika Mare Guesthouse. The property is right next to the beach, the sea is very clean, perfect for swimming, this part of the village is so calm but also quite close to the restaurants and bars, place where boats to Moni start from and bus stop. The room was spacious enough, with terrace and bathroom, clean and tidy.
Beautiful location, atop a semi-private bay. The property is a 5-minute walk to Souvala village with its cafés and super-market. The rooms are spacious.
Amazing villa with an excellent hostess! Would stay again for future visits - Rodoula was so helpful in answering any questions we had. She even met us at the ferry port to take us to the villa which was really kind of her. Supermarket is only a 5 mins walk and there's some secret swimming spots which are around a 10 mins walk from the villa.
The location was great! The Guest House is at the sea front with direct access to crystal clear sea, a great place for relaxation and rest! The nearby Perdika village was great as well, with a lot of places to eat, drink or just for a walk! The prices were good too. In addition, Aris was really helpful host, very polite! Finally properly provides very strong and reliable wifi, so the teleworking is really easy from guest house! We will return for sure!
The hotel was excellent, fantastic beach, very close to the village with lots of restaurants and a public beach. The food in the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience!!!
