My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Laura and Brian immensely. There we cookies, pastries, tea and coffee really available upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. For the self catered breakfast, there were lots of hot/cold cereals, breads, pastries (gluten-free options), juices, yogurts, local cheeses, and all the fixings. Each morning, Laura had scones or some other baked good heating in the oven. Heating your own food for dinner or eating take out was an option, too, which we took advantage of one evening. Our room was very beautiful, modern, and cozy with a very comfortable bed. The whole place was spotless. Laura suggested restaurants and places of interest off the beaten path. She was a gracious, thoughtful, wonderful host - some of the best hospitality on our month long trip! Thanks for everything, Laura. We loved our stay with you. Highly recommend.

This trip involves alot of moving each day to a new place. When we arrived here, alone with the view, the sheep, the loch and the windmills, we wished we had just spent a week at the Rymmon. Adorable trailerhome with every last detail, clean, roomy enough and relaxing. (You don't notice the house behind the hill:)

Breakfast was absolutely splendid, but the cherry on top was the home-cooked dinner with daily fresh seafood. Simply incredible.

The manager Mr.Nicky is a very very nice guy. The breakfast is good and the room is perfectly clean. This B&B is even much better than the hotels in Kirkwall.

Rysa House B&B has mountain and sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Stromness, 10 km from Standing Stones of Stenness. Accommodation for parties of 3 guests or more is... The view is is like something out of National Geographic - absolutely stunning! The house itself was spacious and cozy at the same time. And the hostess is amazing! if I ever return to the Orkneys, I will definitely be staying here again!

Very friendly and helpful...I left my bag at breakfast and had communication via booking in a short time. Had we not returned the owner was going to take the bag to our next stop...this was absolutely amazing! Also breakfast was wonderful! I highly recommend

The apartment was very well-equipped and comfortable, as well as being conveniently located and having a dedicated parking space.

The place was comfortable enough that I could have stayed a month. Having two bathrooms was a bonus! I will go back there.

The place was well presented, very clean and the host offer a very warm welcome. the location was ideal as only 10mins walk to the centre of Kirkwall and the day I was there was an exceptional day in terms of weather. Breakfast was great and met some other Australians who where staying there. Over all I was impressed and would recommend anyone to stay there.
