The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

I really liked my little bedroom, private sitting room and private bath. My suite was just off the kitchen which was very convenient. Joe was very kind and helpful to make sure everything that I needed was sorted. It was also very nice to be able to use the washing machine.

There are some lovely little places to go and eat, we were there for a wedding nearby but could happily have had all weekend in Edwinstowe. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had good spacious rooms with loads of light. The WiFi connection was good 👍 I will definitely be booking to go again later in the year, we all absolutely loved it, such a good price to say where it is too.

What a lovely place to stay, the whole house and decoration is amazing. The owner Nick is a lovely guy and very considerate of his guests, he's a pleasure to talk to. If you are a dog lover then you'll meet two very lovely and friendly dogs which belong to the owner, the dogs even came to greet us with cuddly toys in their mouths, which was very cute! Room and bathroom were lovely. Breakfast was good too and parking in a gated front courtyard/driveway was a nice option.
