Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

Before arrival we received multiple message with guidance and following the directions we drove up and parked in front w/o issues. Our dog loved it, and they loved our dog. We got some instructions for dinner in the nearby pub which is within walking distance. Very clean spacious room with a view, good shower and fabulous breakfast. Everything reasonable is done to make you feel at home, and then some. Kevin cooks a great breakfast.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The location was great, all amenities you could wish for were in walking distance of the house. There are some lovely little places to go and eat, we were there for a wedding nearby but could happily have had all weekend in Edwinstowe. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had good spacious rooms with loads of light. The WiFi connection was good 👍 I will definitely be booking to go again later in the year, we all absolutely loved it, such a good price to say where it is too.
