The apartment was located in a beautiful peaceful setting. Splendid walks were available in all directions, in addition to great road-biking circuits, with wonderful views over the hilly countryside, the numerous vineyards, historic buildings and castles, and the Rhein. It was clearly advantageous to be in this part of Bacharach, than in the main part of the village, where all the tourists circulate.
This hotel is full of superlatives. We liked everything - service, staff, breakfast, views from the room and last but not least the village which is amazing. Forget the hassle of Cochem which is packed with tourists and get Your cozy holiday in Beilstein. You wont regret.
Family vacation house on the Mosel 3 generations of one family (and a dog) – spent here 2 nights in May, 2024. This house is a very good place for family vacation: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dinner table, a living room and 2 good bathrooms. Pet-friendly – this is fortunately typical for Germany. Distances: ~ 100m from Mosel. ~ 1.3 km to Edeka supermarket, ~ 7 km to Cochem center. Friendly host.
Breakfast as usual is excellent. One of the reasons I/we stay as often as possible. The loxcation with good parking is a bog plus and the village is very nice.
Great facility - felt just like home! Everything was full-sized - no cramped little shower or mini fridge. :-) The view of the passing activity included very light road traffic, smooth and quiet trains, and Rhine ferries and cargo - all while still being completely relaxing and peaceful. A short, peaceful walk will take you into the village itself. It's removed enough to not attract any noise from venues.
Breakfast is included and was good and enough. Location is very near a touristic Village.
Central location off an open square and easy to find: I arrived during a cloudburst while on the Bernkastel-Kues bridge, ran for shelter into the alley next to the church, looked around and saw - oh, there is my hotel, I don't have to wait out here to the end of the shower - and found my holiday home!
The small town was lovely and peaceful to walk around and only 15 mins from Koblenz centre. Plus the holiday home was assumed to be the second oldest house in the town with views to the Mosel steps.
Great holiday home. Very spacious, clean and quietly located in a small village. One of the best holiday homes we have ever had!
