The warmth and friendliness of staff. Thank you for the lovely room, having the two queen beds was a treat. The breakfast was delicious. The views were amazing, we loved seeing the horses, donkeys and a zebra. Even with the snow our room was lovely and warm. The old brown sherry and Ouma rusks.
