What a charming hotel with an amazingly unique outlook. The pool overlooking the lush green field was a trip highlight. The breakfast was also amazing! Cooked to order - the local river fish soup was so yummy that we decided to have dinner at night at the hotel too. The only downside was that our room didn't have hot water, but the hotel facilities outshone this detail (and given the heat, a cold shower was refreshing) Highly recommend this charming hotel.

A peaceful spot with simple tasteful rooms - terrific pool and restaurant area. We returned from a 3 day jungle trek and the Villa was such a gorgeous spot to recoup.
Karst Villas was well beyond our expectations.. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The food was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay so easy and enjoyable. They never hassled us to book any tours etc but they were super helpful when we needed anything organised during our stay. It made our stay stress free. Highly recommend staying here..
We loved staying at Karst Villas. The location is perfect - It was great to be just a little out of town with beautiful scenery. They have bicycles you can borrow to get into town and it’s an easy ride. The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!
This was by far one of our favourite places to stay on our travels. The villa is so beautiful and the views from the pool are out of this world. Vu and his family were excellent hosts and so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They even invited us to a family dinner where they offered us so many different dishes and drinks. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. We cannot recommend this place enough.
The bungalow was beautiful! The villa space is a bit away from the main road, so it's nice and peaceful. The family running it is very nice and they will help you with anything you might want to do in Phong Nha!
I got picked up and brought back to the trainstation, I could rent a scooter with no problems and they can also arrange many different tours if you'd like to do one. Very informative and easy contact through booking and WhatsApp!

Karst villas has lovely rooms, comfy beds and amazing views from a well appointed swimming pool. The food was the best we had in the area and Hung Nguyen and his family were so kind and helpful.
Amazing stay at Victory Road Villas! Used the time to relax as the property/room was large and comfortable. Good location on the river and the staff were very helpful/friendly. Pizza was better than we expected! Free bike rental helped us get around town.
Great location, its at the end the road in a very serene village and by the bank of Son river which provides you greats view all day. The Owner and his wife were very friendly, he gave a free ride to the bus station after checking out, the food for dinner are delicious too.
