Tu Tu was such a sweetheart and we really enjoyed our stay with her! We arrived with not many plans and she very kindly organized our whole afternoon for us, from activities to transport. She truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend the family dinner - it was some of our favorite food on our trip!

We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Good, calm location a little but outside of town. The host is very kind and helping. They would pick us up and drop us off in town. They helped out with booking day trip as well as moped and recommendations of where to go.

The hostel was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. It was perfect for our stay. Town was an easy walk away. It took us about 20 minutes. The owner picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. We find that the son who spoke very good English was very helpful. He booked our tours, a bus from Hue to Phong Nha and a driver from Phong Nha to Hanoi when our flight was cancelled. The restaurant was fabulous and be sure to take part in the family dinner. It was inexpensive, delicious food booked by mom and sister and lots of fun. I would recommend staying here as it’s great value and the family/owners who all work together to run the place try very hard to please.

Beautiful stay in Phong Nha when we came to visit the national park and caves. The room was clean and comfortable and all the family were so sweet. The weather was very wet before we arrived so the hosts informed us only one cave would be open but they organised our tour and transport to Hue the next day. Breakfast was really tasty and they also did our laundry so fast within 10 hours and it smelt amazing!

Our stay in Karst Villas was awesome. The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. We were able to check in early and they also arranged a transport from the bus station. We had an excelent dinner there which was the best meal we had in Vietnam.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. But the best bit was the homely vibe. The owner and her daughter were so hospitable and friendly, always greeted with smiles. Great location too, right on the river in the beautiful Phong Nha! They have bicycles you can borrow to go into town (very old and need some maintenance but they do the job!) They also offer a simple but nice breakfast and a laundry service which was very cheap. Cannot reccomend this place enough and will return here when I come back to phong Nha!

An is the embodiment of hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay at his place. The bungalows are clean, spacious and well designed. An and his family are so kind, helpful and funny and they have 3 lovely dogs to play with. He picked us up and dropped off at the bus station, helped booking the bus, gave tour recommendations and helped renting motorbikes. It was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend this place over and over again!
