This homestay exceeded our expectations! We were really satisfied with our host, who helped us with finding the most beautiful spots in the area to visit. Also, she came prepared with a map of need-to-know information about restaurants, supermarkets, and food places which sold local specialties. We had booked a two persons room with our own bathroom. Everything was really tidy. We didn't book a room for the night on our last day in Cao Bằng. However, she still made sure there was a bathroom available for us so we could take a shower after our hiking tour. This is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone!

If you are looking to submerge yourself in the dreamy country side of Vietnam you are looking at the right place. I spent a total of 4 nights at this wonderful homestay, close to the waterfalls and the villages around it.

Since I was the only tourist and it was cold, they gave me a private room. Everything smell so fresh (blankets, towel, pillow...)
And the family is so lovely! Also they made the best dinner that I had in Vietnam, simple but so good.
The place is literally 3 min away from the waterfall so you can take a walk there. You will see small villages with ethnic people doing their life there.
If my schedule would be less tight, I would have been there for 3/4 days more. But I will come back for sure!
I loved this place, it was so amazing to be welcome in her wonderful home and enjoying it with h her family. They are all welcoming and kind, she talked so openly about her culture and her village. It was an honour to be there.
The food was beyond amazing. So fresh, tasty and well cooked. Everyone was more then satisfied. A true homely feel
The bedrooms were intrinsic and not for those who want hotel bedframe treatment.. this was its charm and an experience. She even helped her the moped through the slippery village after the rain.
A village type feeling in cao bang and extremely friendly staff. The owner took us around and showed us the places ban gioc waterfall and was very kind and adjusting and did his best to accommodate our requests
Beautiful traditional house located in the stone village.
The room is basic, but comfortable and provided with everything you need. The blanket is thick and warm, there is a mosquito net and the shower has hot water with good pressure.
The location you will find on this name with Google Map is not this homestay, but another one from the same family. They just walk you to the correct place :)
