Our stay at Trung's was magnificent. We stayed in the Happy Garden room, which was very cozy, entirely made of wood, and had a view of the garden. I highly recommend having all your meals, from breakfast to dinner, at Trung's place, as they are truly excellent. Staying at Trung's was essential to fully enjoy the Bac Ha experience, as he personally takes you on tours to the most authentic places in the area. He knows the best trekking paths and allows you to connect with the local communities. The lunch at the Forest Homestay was unforgettable. Bac Ha is a gem, similar to SaPa but much less touristy. It was definitely the most beautiful experience of our stay in Vietnam.

The property is well placed in a beautiful valley next to Bac Ha town. Dua is an excellent host, made us feel very welcome and her cooking is AMAZING. We were also staying at La Beauté when Typhoo Yagi hit, Dua went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and comfortable.

The best experience we had in Vietnam!!! If you are coming to Bac Ha you should definitely stay here. Clean rooms, warm blankets and a great view in front of the hostel. But the best part is The family that owns the homestay; they were very friendly and welcoming! They gave us plenty of amazing food, taught us about the culture and always offered us to warm by the fire. Amazing experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

We loved staying here! The family was so welcoming and helpful, and the homestay is very clean and nice with a good atmosphere. We are gluten intolerant, but we still had so much good food here! We are impressed! The last night the family invited us for family dinner, which was really fun. We recommend booking a guide and go for a hike in the villages and rice fields above the homestay. The views there are beautiful.

What a pity when we could not arrange our trip lately in Feb, when blossom season ‘coming, then definitely his garden with dozen of Sakura trees will create a magnificent view.
This place is so quiet to rest, relax, friendly staff, management, dedicated guide to tourist attractions in Bac Ha, around the property there is a walking path to the Hmong village, beautiful terraced fields, back to Bac Ha Lodge Retreat to relax, swim in the pool, eat outside is great.

We had a great time at Bac Ha Charm stay. The Home, the garden and the living room are really beautiful, the view on the village is great and the food is delicious. Khan and his family are great people that really helped us making the most of our journey here. The bungalows are marvelous, bathroom and beds are perfect, and AC, fans and mosquito nets makes it most comfortable !
This must be the best homestay in Bac Ha! Rooms are comfortable and spotless. Mr Huy and his family created a wonderful and peaceful spot and help you with everything you might need. They will come fetch you in Ha Noi, drop you off at the airport, arrange guided walks and visits to nearby markets and villages. Every morning they serve a great breakfast and in the evening we all sit down together for a wonderful meal!

Staying with Cho family was truly an immersive experience of Vietnam's beautiful countryside. The family was extremely kind and welcoming to me. Spending time and eating dinners with them was an experience I will always remember. They are also well-connected with people in the village who will take you on tours to the market and other landmarks nearby.
I booked because of the photos I saw on here, but in real life the homestay and surroundings are even more breathtaking.
Friendly place and lovely family. Clean room and bathrooms. Be aware this is a homestay, bathrooms are outside your wooden room. Great view and very quiet location. Great starting point to explore the mountains and villages and rice terraces. So is a sweet host who is very welcoming and helpful and funny too. We had nice food too.
Beautiful view and ideal place to visit Tay village for people who want to a share traditional way of life and enjoy treckking in the area. The location was very unique, the owners were super friendly and cook delicious for us.
