Relaxed place and best breakfast we had on Zanzibar. Renata is very kind and gave plenty of tips for our stay and was very helpful when our rental car wouldn’t start, she came to assist and even brought umbrellas when it started to rain. Convenient to have an Italian restaurant next door with great pizza/pasta and local dishes.

The property was absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. It is close to Kendwa and Nungwi for going out and the villa will organise taxis if you don’t have transport. If you don’t feel like going out they have a lovely menu on site which is great value. We had a wonderful barbecue one night at the villa. Thoroughly recommend this villa, it is stunning.
The villas were modern, well designed & sizeable with goid hot water facilities. This is more at the budget end of Kendwa prices but was what we needed. The chef is absolutely fantastic and the food prices are very fair which meant we ate on premise most nights and sometimes for dinner. Rooms were comfortable. Staff very happy & helpful.
Elisabeth and Alex have created a mini paradise 10 min walk from the beach. Their breakfast’s were amazing and quite large, we didn’t need lunch for those days! With only four rooms, it’s a very intimate experience. They were also very kind and taking us on the trip to a nearby cave, which was a blast since we also got to visit a nearby village. Highly recommend to stay here.
We reserved 3 deluxe double rooms for 3 nights. Very Beautiful beach views. Rooms were average, beds not so comfortable. I suggest a pitcher \ jar with a little water next to the each villa to clean foot in order to avoid dirtying the room's floor with sand. Breakfast and dinner was so good. No night activities.
Beautiful villa. Very nice staff, well maintained place. There was no tv on the living room on the first day but we talked about it and on the next day there it was. Good shower and good bed. Not on the beach but pretty close
The villa has a wide terrace which is so comfortable to sit and relax. There are sufficient chairs on the beach and around the pool. The staffs will supply water to the people on chairs and we like such a service. All staffs are very friendly.
This is a family run business at the south of Kendwa beach. Becca and his sisters have set up a wonderful facility. They are very close of the village so I enjoyed both the local and "tourist" perspectives.
Good breakfast, nice room and beautiful garden with small pool. It is very close to Kendwa beach which is absolutely stunning, especially during sunsets. If you are looking for an affordable place, this villa will meet your expectations.
