Family home with 4 guest rooms. Excellent hosts with attention to every detail to ensure comfort of the guests. We arrived late (after dinner) and it was dark and raining heavily. Hosts came out to greet us with umbrellas and took our luggage to the rooms. Breakfast next morning was excellent and we could not finish. Host packed the balance with extra homemade bread for us to eat during our journey. House and rooms are amazing, comfortable and luxurious. Room rate is steep, but highly recommend stay for special occasion(s).

Picturesque tea farm stay. An official tea trail starts conveniently next to the property and has stunning views. Friendly and accommodating hosts who are 4th generation tea farmers. Their personal house next to the guest house is over 100 years old. Only a few minutes drive from Shizhou where there are convenience stores and some great places to eat. The hosts will graciously drop you into town if you ask. About 40 minutes drive to Alishan. The hosts will help you get to public transport, although we drove. Make sure you ask the hosts to try their tea. Be aware the hosts have limited English but use Google Translate very well!
