Nice swimming pool, specially not faraway from the beach. they also have nice garden 🪴 picnics area and Bbq 🍗 The landowner really welcome us and treat us really well 😊. we are feel it like on home ☺️ I have no words to say how great was this time vacation thank you so much for your kindness. This was a beautifully-appointed, brand new and very modern apartment barely 100 meters from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. So the apartment, facilities, location and convenience are superb. The on-site concierge provided our key. In the apartment, all the sliding doors had blackout curtains and were double-glazed for quiet. The air-conditioning was quiet and and efficient. It was only a short stroll to the sea-front esplanade for a huge choice of dining and entertainment options, even in the shoulder season when we were there. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed a sunset dinner followed by a nice stroll home.

The host went out of his way to be helpful and let us to stay beyond the normal checkout time. This saved us as it was very hot and we could rest a bit in the afternoon and take a shower. He also found us a taxi to visit the sites.

Location , location , cleanness, very friendly , pleasant and helpful hosts , very large villa and has a panoramic sea view ,located in a quite and safe area , perfect for large families, near shops and can walk to town .
The brothers are the owner, they are friendly and helpful. Villa fortin is an amazing place, clean, they have a nice bar as well and very close to everything like, shopping center, restaurant, kusadasi castle.
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ephesus. It felt as though you had found your own personal hidden oasis. The room and facilities were fantastic. The location was perfect and the staff were so helpful. They even helped us with parking and carrying our suitcases. Any questions we had they were able to provide great insight knowledge to allow us to enjoy all that Kusadasi has to offer. We would love to visit again in the future.
Food availability for vegetarians was good, always some choice, good fresh vegetables and salads.

the hotel is exactly by the sea, thus the room has a great view from the balcony. you can literally see the sunset. the room was super clean and very spacious as a studio apartment. the location is green , the beach is sandy but pier like. the hotel is surrounded by very cute private houses with beautiful gardens. if you really like the peaceful stay watching sea and the sunset villa Sevilla is the exact place to choose.
The villa is perfect! It’s located close to a nice beach, just 5 min driving. It has everything one needs for a relaxed vacation: comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and a nice pool. Mr. Mehmet stayed in touch in case we needed anything and helped a lot.
