😡😡😡😡😡Absolutely nothing. Worst experience ive ever had with a hotel. Arrived at the location provided on bookin.com. Host was rude and told me i was at the wrong hotel. Made me carry my bags 2km to a different hotel out in the middle of nowhere and tried to shove me in a 2bed room. The hotel i booked (seyir evleri) was for 3 people including breakfast with a front desk right next to the bus stop so i can go skiing. This new room was in the middle of nowhere. 2km from the bus stop, no breakfast. Only two beds. Only two small towels. No breakfast. No front desk. People were shouting and breaking stuff all through the night. I had to leave. I want a full refund. They made me pay on booking.com and theres no one to complain to.. i will not rest untill i get my money back for this absolute massive scam!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

A very warm welcome late in the evening after a long day of travel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prepared us a bite to eat even though we were very late. Thank you. Great breakfast. This 124 year old villa is located close to the historical center of Kayseri. Very convenient for a stroll to the old castle, the mosque, the bazar and to walk through the streets. In the morning we enjoyed the view of the snowy mountains together while enjoying Turkish coffee.
Ali is a lovely person, very helpful with directions for getting around and things to see. The garden is nice and the village is very quiet. I had a great time exploring the city and the village even though the weather was bad for a few days.
Staff were friendly and organised us for a taxi to see some villages (and this was done at short notice and was good value, with a nice guy doing the driving). The view from the windows of our suite of Mt Erciyes was spectacular.
the architecture of the villa was amazing. the rooms were big and comfortable. it had a washing room with a dryer. fully equipped kitchen. the scenery of Erciyes mountain can be seen from every angle of the house. loved the quite and serene location. just 12 minutes drive to the center. 12 minutes drive to the ski center and cable car. the cleaning lady “fatma” was very friendly. even though we visited in the end of april, the mountain had snow and only the teleferik was operating.
