Family owned hotel, staff was very supportive and friendly, Memo helped us to organise our trip, balloon experience was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to see the balloons flying every morning from the terrace.

The owner, Cem, is a lovely host and provides his personal humble touch to each guest member. He also looks out for anything you may need and even dropped us off at the bus station. The location of this property is excellent, very close to bus stop and old town only 5-7 minute walk. There is a short climb ( may be an issue for elders who find it difficult to climb since it's restaurant is also on the third floor).
The staff is very good and helpful. Property is clean and breakfast spread is good too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avilla Cave Hotel, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating! It was very refreshing to be greeted by Australian staff, they made us feel at home.

The hotel is in the very center of the village, easy to find. Like everything here - within walking distance. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. The shower room is good. Talked with the owner only 5 minutes when checking in - everything is quick and convenient. In total I walked more than 50 km in 3 days around the surrounding sights - in the room rested very easy and fresh.

The balloons flew right over it in the morning. Located in quaint little village of cavusin next to an ancient castle. All the main spots are very close to this property. The front desk staff Oscar and manager Ismail were extremely warm.
A very charming, cozy, village-like style location. Had the best staff support with the family run business. The rooms are cozy and the beds are amazing - had the best sleep throughout!. The hosts are there to help with any tours/inquiries.

Balloon viewing from the roof was excellent, in fact I hear one person who was not a guest ring up and ask if they could come and watch from our roof.
The hotel is in a "bowl" fill of many hotels. It feels like a village.
This makes for fun people-watching.

The Hotel suite is located at a fantastic view point in Cavusin village which is I believe the best place to stay in Cappadocia. You can see the balloons from your room as well as the hotel's terrace. It's on a small hill top so if you drive a car, brace yourselves for a steep climb.
Rooms give a vibe of authentic cave and sufficiently spacious, especially bathrooms. Breakfast is too good with all Turkish delights and can get few dishes if requested separately.
