Great location, close to town but lovely and quiet. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble - so friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast is a real treat, great pool and comfortable sunbeds…would 100% recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Staff were amazing. Checked in very late and they were very welcoming, taking our bags up to our room and felt like nothing was too much to ask. Good breakfast and awesome location right in the centre!! They were very kind to keep our bags for the morning until we could get our onward travel.

One of the best accommodations we ever had. The bed is comfy, clean sheets and towels provided , in the living room there are two sofas to relax and a TV, plenty of natural light in the house. On the patio is where the fun begins as you have the pool (big pool, clean), sunbeds, umbrella , hanging chair and hammock.
Very clean inside the house, well equipped kitchen. You can find a shop 3 min drive and it has all the essentials that you may need, otherwise 13 min drive you have Carrefour in Gocek ( parking nearby available)
We want to go back next year, we had a great stay. Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy the sunny days at the pool.

It is hard to describe a perfect place like this. Even before our arrival, we felt welcomed and well informed. The place itself is not the highly polished tourist trap, it is a garden of warmth and wellbeing. The breakfast is plenty and local. Snacks, cocktails and dinner are just as amazing -- we never felt the need to eat out. Your room is being cleaned without you noticing, the peacocks are quite funny when they walk through the area. All the staff are great to talk to and the owner is a really funny and pleasant guy. All in all ... a clear recommendation! We will be back

Very modern furnishings, well decorated throughout. The sofas in the lounge area were stylish and comfortable. Wifi worked well at all times. Lovely pool area and sunbeds. Water pressure was good throughout the villa. Quiet area and not too far from shops.
Very clean, new villa :) with awesome pool. All the things you may need during stay are presented - starting from kits and dishes on kitchen, till shampoo, cotton pads in the bathroom and even towels for sunbeds. One of the best services I've ever met. Owner was very kind to us, and helped us a lot during our stay.
Upon making the booking, Kamil has immediately made contact and informed about the booking and arranged airport private transfers for ourselves.
The villa itself is stunning. It has everything that has been described and it offers everything you could need. The property is a short walk to the marina area where there were plenty of options to eat should you not want to at the villa.
Kamil also arranged taxis to take us to Fethiye which was a nice touch. All in all a great stay and great host.
This hotel is in a quiet village with a pine forest nearby. The room was clean and the guys at the reception were friendly and willing to help. Overall good value for money.

Beautiful villa, spacious and cozy, lots of space, very comfortable for a large group of people. Everything is new, clean, excellent plumbing, furniture, kitchen equipment. The pool parties were especially memorable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, getting into the villa was easy. We stayed at this villa with a group twice and both times it was wonderful. All my friends liked it.
This used to be And’s family’s holiday home and it shows. The hospitality is so personal and it’s like staying with a friend - except that the friend has two pools and a swim-up bar! Everyone was lovely and the vibe is gloriously old-school, with lots of modern conveniences. The food was amazing too, fabulous dinner and wonderful breakfast. The barman made delicious cocktails to order.
