Caretta Apartments were in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. Nice pool, rooms dated but clean and comfortable. Great value for money. We would stay again.

Staff/Owners very friendly & helpful. Loved the size of the villa. Facilities were very good. Aircon was brilliantly cool in the heat. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable. Pool maintained whilst we were there. Showers amazing! Loved the cat mama who brought her kittens to see us everyday :D

Location was good. Emir (manager) was very helpful. We have stayed at many places but I would say he is the nicest manager I ever seen. He helped us with everything. We will definitely go back and stay at Villa Mavi. .

The villa was exactly as in the pictures. It is really sad when you pay so much money for a really beautiful villa and the host degrades the accommodation by herself.
Villa Ruya is the most amazing, perfect location for a relaxing holiday with excellent facilities. While the pool was deep, it was also a really good size for everyone to relax on a lilo. The kitchen had everything you could need including a water dispenser that cost very little to replace the large bottle.
Games room had everything to keep the whole family entertained.
We had a hire car as it is located a little out of Calis.
It was lovely to sit at night on the steps of the pool and dangle our feet to keep cool.
The villa was modern, spacious and beautifully decorated, and was very comfortable for our family of 5. Bensu was a welcoming and accommodating host, greeting us at check-in and check-out, even after a flight delay which meant we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The location of the villa is perfect - within walking distance to Calis beach, Fethiye Park, and with lots of shops, resturants and bars nearby. We had a lovely holiday at the villa, thank-you Bensu.

I'm afraid this is one of those holiday homes from hell so I don't have anything positive to say.
Getting to the villa is a logistical nightmare, being 10 mins from the main road isn't a road, it's just rocks and mud!
Please avoid at all costs due to serious safety issues with faulty electrical wiring.
We spent our first night in darkness with no power, no air conditioning, unable to charge phones, cook dinner or even keep food and drinks cool as the sockets didn't work.
