This house is really bad. All the facilities in the house are very dilapidated. The bed is covered with many small insects. The door lock cannot be locked properly. There is no hot water in the bathroom in the room downstairs. The ground water soaks after taking a shower and there is no water for flushing the toilet. WiFi cannot be connected. It is really uninhabitable and disappointing!

The location is very exceptional in the middle of a forest. There are amazing views around and the terrace was surrounded with two rivers and water falls. It is very romantic place. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, specially Tomyam Soup. The manager is very kind and helpful.

Location is superb. I appreciate the building process had taken consideration to existing nature. The building work in our room is of good standard. Being Thai from Bangkok we craved Northern cuisine when in the north and dinner here was delicious if you order local northern dishes. We had Nam Prig Ong and Sai Ua to be had with sticky rice and vegetables. Service was friendly and authentic. The whole experience is a far cry from a normal hotel experience.
