Near Phuket Airport 2. Owner of the Villa easy to communicate with (she will give her response as soon as she can) 3. They can speak English language 4. Check in anytime, according to the availability of the rooms 5. Budget friendly, I stayed 1 week 6. Near to 7/11, Super Cheap Shop, street foods and Maikhao Beach (Airport Beach) 7. The restaurant!!!!!! don’t forget to order the seafood! Food are freshly cooked. Affordable and super delicious 8. Breakfaaaaaaaaaaast!!!!!! Don’t forget to inform them which breakfast you like for the next day, there’s a menu to choose 9. Assistance going to different places 10. Super clean 11. All the people who works in the Villa, special mention to Daddy, Mommy, Brother Pond, Jina and to all of you. I visited a lot of places and most of the time I used Booking.com but you guys are exceptional, I treated you as my own family because you all take care of me during my stay in Phuket, for sure I’ll come back 🥺 12. The resort is equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. A very nice swimming pool and the beach is very near. (Zhanna) is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay!

Very clean, spacious and quiet property. Couple of minutes walk to the beach or shops. Bikes available to use. Air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent. Owner was very helpful and gave useful local information.

This place is simply stunning - both the property and the apartment itself are great. Much better than what we had expected and what it looks like here on booking. The property has many pools alongside the buildings (including baby pool) lovely grass pads to relax on and beachfront at the back yard. Everything is extremely well maintained and beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, light, well equipped and the terrace opens directly to the pool.

we booked for 1 night after airport arrival with three kids, perfect for one night, lovely room, lovely pool and super friendly owner! everything is just like in the photos and reviews, owner was great he also booked us cab to pier and this cabbie was 100% also!

My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.
