From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an overwhelming sense of warmth and hospitality by the host. Despite our late arrival, the host was eagerly waiting for us. He welcomed us with freshly baked homemade bread and delicious cheeses, setting the perfect tone for our stay. He had even thoughtfully bought a bottle of wine to ensure we felt truly welcomed. The house itself was nothing short of amazing. Every corner was designed by the host's impeccable taste. The spacious yard was a true highlight, beautifully landscaped and provided a serene environment to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. As we explored the well-appointed rooms, we found them to be absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was outstanding, evident in the chocolates left delicately on the beds—a delightful surprise that added a sweet touch to our stay. In the morning, our host went above and beyond by boiling fresh milk and brewing delicious coffee for us, further exemplifying his unwavering dedication to making our stay as pleasant as possible. This level of attentiveness and genuine care left a lasting impression on us; we haven't encountered such a genuinely welcoming host in our travels before.

Perfect location, you are surrounded by nature, modern interior, ample facilities for cooking in community kitchen, great terras with facilities (table tennis, trampoline, barbecue, leisure seats). Clean modern equipped rooms. Highly recommended.

The villa is comfortable and spacious and the pool is a lot of fun. The view is really amazing to enjoy from morning to sunset. The area includes many touristic attractions and cycling routes. Also, we had a very good communication with the host.

This is a most beautifully situated and throughout well-equipped cottage, charmingly built into the slopes of the Făgăraș mountains, just below peaks of anything from 1400 to 2300 metres (and only ca. 10 to 15 kilometres away from the Moldoveanu). There is a little stream crossing the lovely and well-maintained garden, excellent opportunities for both relaxing (grilling, sitting outside on either the veranda or further down in an own covered outdoor hut) and hiking (and other sports). As the next neighbour is half a kilometre away and the cottage surrounded by forest, it is extremely quiet and the perfect place for withdrawal and relaxation in nature. The owner is the most accommodating and kind host we have ever encountered, equipping us with a lot of local food and excellent advice throughout and making this into one of our most favourite stays anywhere in Romania.

The rooms and bathrooms are large and clean. Some of them have balconies. There is a spacious living room (with sofas and two big tables) and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there are two places for barbecue, also fully equipped, with a lot of tables and covered so the weather won't bother. Last, but not least, there is a garden and a big parking area. So this is perfect for a large group of friends or colleagues going in a team building. From the courtyard you can see the Fagaras Mountains and the hiking path to Valea Sambetei Chalet is only 4km away.

One of the few places in the area where attention to detail and warmth of the place can be felt immediately. The views from the room were stunning.
