Actually the host provided the passkey code for the door lock 3-5 days prior to our actual arrival. Very attentive, we needed an iron and the host provided one the morning after our arrival. The host also provided us with information on places from dinning to sightseeing.

The size of the suite, my son and I each had a large bedroom plus a kitchen/diner. Interesting local decor
Nothing! Very badly kept. Master bedroom TV doesn’t work, second bedroom AC doesn’t work properly. The entire villa the walls have puffiness or have cracks . BBQ doesn’t work, is dirty with a hole in the middle from old and rust.
Some windows in the second room do not close all the way.
The sofa bed, the mattress is very old and has lost support with stains.
Overall this is very badly kept unit.
The staff at Paradise Villas were excellent.

The owner Miguel and the administrator Héctor, were very accessible. When we arrived we were received by Héctor who show us all the villa and were to find everything. On the bed there was a tray with a mug with my name, a package of local candys and bag with things like a sewing kit, dental kit and more. The kitchen was well equipped and also we found a bag of local coffee, bottles of water in the refrigerator and every thing needed to clean the dishes.
The pool area is beautiful.
The sourandings are very quiet
The villa is very nice and fully equipped with so many things - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, games etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped incl. many spices, condiments etc. The pool in the gated area is close by and very nice. Beach and beach bars is really within a walking distance (5-10min) and is very pleasant and suited for kids.
