I like most was the very first step when we entered the room, it smell so fresh and relaxing.in addition to that the caretaker/owner granted my request to have a thick linen. They are very accomodating and easy to deal with.

The apartment is in what looks to be a very recent block with a beautiful modern and clean reception area furnished with elegant and comfortable seats. The reception area provides an outdoor place to relax, out of the sun, and with Tagaytay's ever-present breeze blowing through it is very nice and cool! The block appeared to be anything but fully occupied, so the reception area was very quiet and almost like our own private outdoor lounge The apartment is good and comfortable, it is clean and everything works as you would expect! It is well situated, right next to a Mall with a supermarket and loads of the usual Filipino fast food joints. Away from the Mall there are lots of better restaurants serving more authentic food, much better than the fast food stuff! We enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine that our host supplied! Thanks for that! On the 12th floor of the block there is a viewing deck with a great view over Tall lake and the islands - worth the detour! We visited the People's Park in the Sky, a tricycle ride from the Rotunda for 150peso one-way. Terrific views from there! Definitely a "must visit" place when you visit Tagaytay We went from Manila (Paranaque) to Tagaytay by a car booked with the Joyride app - it cost just 1800peso, good for 4 pax! We came back by bus to PITX, 110peso per pax. Buses to Manila are very frequent and numerous, no need to worry about a timetable, just turn up and go!

The property is beautiful with a stunning backdrop. You can see the Taal volcation and the surrounding areas from the second floor up. The house helpers were kind and accommodating; they gave us privacy and was always available if we needed help with anything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was also very lovely and came to say hello on our first night.
