We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights while birding and enjoying nature of Gamboa. The apartment is perfectly situated for all kinds of adventures. As we didn’t hire a car we did lots of walking to all the hotspots in and around Gamboa. 20 Min. walk to Pipeline Road. The apartment was very nicely furnished and very clean. The terrace with its deckchairs was teaming with birds and butterflies. Our host Elena couldn’t be more helpful with all kind of questions and everything we needed.On arrival the fridge was stocked up with a few things for a small breakfast. She speaks English, German and Spanish, so perfect for everybody to communicate. We can recommend this apartment to 100%. We wish Elena all the best for the future .

The location was very good for enjoying wildlife, mainly bird photography from the back deck. It was generally quiet with the exception of the noise from a house in the neighbourhood that was being renovated. No fault of the host. Ceiling fans and portable fans helped circulate the evening cool air as there is no air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and rooms quite spacious.
