The property was peaceful & serene… the grounds were beautiful with gorgeous flowers all around! The unit was spotlessly clean with just the proper amount of amenities. The host were very friendly while at the same time very considerate of privacy. A perfect first night in New Zealand!

The property was more amazing than we could have imagined. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating, even going as far as to make our local reservations for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're looking forward to staying here again when we visit the area next!

Our first night in NZ was fabulous, setting the bar high indeed. Kaye's Victorian villa is as advertised, and more. Our room seems fully restored but is surely original as well. We looked east out onto a lovely brick patio with birdsong aplenty. Kaye's hospitality is even better - our light dinner and cook to order breakfast were both lovely. As were our little chats. Kaye is a relaxed, conscientious and attentive host.
