I took my elderly Mum and Aunty on a road trip from Wellington, to Nelson, to Kaikoura, to Christchurch, to Greymouth, to Nelson and back home. We stayed here on the top floor of the side that has elevator access - And it was just PERFECT!! Accessible, comfortable, warm, clean, Great View, across the road from the beach, town just up the road ... Couldn't have been happier :-) And very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again if we're in Kaikoura.

Everything! Beautiful location, very secluded, which was also desired on our part, as we wanted to relax here for 5 days / 4 nights before our return journey. The furnishings are very high quality, kitchen well equipped, TV with app function. The bathtub is amazing. Saw dolphins twice from the bed with the telescope (also available in the house). The terrace at the back is quite sheltered from the wind, I could even sunbathe at 16 degrees and I wasn't cold. A clear recommendation!

We love the style and decoration of the house including the available facilities and details. The owner must love the house so much, so we thank for sharing the lovely place with us. The view is superb. The garden is beautiful. The 3rd bedroom has an ensuite facility and very private. We didn't use the study room though the owner left us a key to access as well. We didn't cook but the kitchen utensils are of good quality.

Highly recommend Inn the Bay B&B. Amazing beachfront location. The room is spacious, warm and comfortable, and dark and quiet at night time. A lovely breakfast is supplied each morning with an assortment of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and orange juice as well as tea and coffee. Lovely big shower. Kylie and Luke are fantastic hosts, who are more than happy to help with recommendations and suggestions of things to do/places to see in the area.
