The room was very clean and the beds comfortable! I have dust allergies so was very relieved that the sheets were freshly laundered (have had some bad experiences in the past). It was a nice surprise that the room also had access to Netflix, and was very fitted out with a heat pump, electric lights. Modern and practical furnishings.

Well, first of all, the view was just incredible! The host was lovely, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Even though it was a shared bathroom, it wasn't an issue and we didn't even notice the 3 other couples/families staying there. Breakfast had a great selection and we were regretting only booking one night.

What delightful hosts! Helen greeted us with an enthusiastic tour of the property in the evening. And in the morning, she prepared an incredible breakfast. John shared his collection of unique honeys, including those that are said to have healing properties.

Do yourself a favour and stay here, we had an incredible time! From the beautiful decor to the thoughtful little touches (fresh eggs, juice, bread and milk, and a smore kit), everything was just really pleasant, and the host was really helpful and responsive. We took up the option to order a charcuterie board and onsite massages - amazing!
