Loved this cute cabin. Had a very comfy bed, very strong hot shower. Breakfast included was great. Had all the help we needed. Heater worked well and the location was quiet and peaceful. Everything was so clean. Surrounded by birdsong and some cute ponies walking around

Elliot went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for not only the accommodation but information wise on the surrounding areas. When travelling to a country for the first time insider knowledge on the area is extremely helpful.

Warm welcome on arrival. The unit was perfectly clean and warm. Well situated in the village and was a perfect base to explore the area. Great night sleep in warmth and comfort.
We liked the privacy of the cottage (the Kamahi holiday house) and the hot tub, which was very clean. Something to note is the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are accessed from the front deck, so no internal access to these rooms. This suited us with teenagers, who also loved having their own bathrooms, but for younger children it might not be ideal. We didn't realise this was the layout when we booked.
We had a two bed deluxe villa with a spa. It was exceptional. Private, spacious, everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Room was well appointed with coffee, charging points, toiletries etc.
Has a bit of vintage feel to it with wooden cabins. Not that far from Franz Joseph city center (just over 2 kms). Very friendly staff. Great views from the villas. Board Games and Movies (DVDs) available to borrow from reception for the rainy day.
Great location and stunning surroundings. Grounds were very lush and had lots of accommodation options to chose from. Very close to restarants/bars and attractions. We really liked the Gecko village area and private hot tub! Room was clean and comfortable
We chose their most expensive room type and really liked it. I would recommend paying up. Room had amazing patio with rain forest view. Very quiet but still in the middle of village. Convenient parking next to the building.
Very clean and comfortable small holiday home estate a little outside the main drag of Franz Josef. Spacious self-catering accomodation, comfy bed, good bathrooms. Best to be in a car if you want to eat in the township itself.
