The hosts were lovely to communicate with. Our arriving late after long journey and work day was no problem. Our room was warm, clean and modern. With all you needed for a over night trip but would have stayed longer happierly. I fully intend to return in the near future. It exceeds alot of accomodations I have stayed at with in the region. Quiet, peaceful, lovely grounds, and only 8 minutes to Ashburton. Only 30 minutes to Mt. Somer hiking. House and rooms have all been recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Rebecca and Jemma were lovely hosts. Highly recommend over staying in Ashburton given all of the above.
