The family is awesomely humble, kind and respectful. It's not like other hotel where you feel like a piece of meat. They are actually here to help you, provide you all you need at a local price. They should even raise their price, the service is worth much more.
There's improving the place for the customer satisfaction, building and crafting new things all the time so it looks better and feel better.
They want you to feel like you're part of the family, the rooms a big and nice, kinda glass ground so very clean, nice light,and large and comfort bed.
We did a tour in the National park with their guides, was more than expected, the guys were awesome too. They know a lot and are really experts in these domains.
So I highly recommend that you buy your tours and treks directly in the hotel, it's worth it !
I don't know the value of what all the people around will provide and the price but it will be hard to beat.
They make their own food, and also trying to improve for the costumers, feel free to share your thoughts on what can be improved or what you like, they might be able to satisfy you !

My husband and I spent 3 really relaxing days here. It's one of the quietest places we've ever stayed so we slept really well. The food was good. The owner and his staff were very nice. They organized activities for us but only when we asked. They weren't pushy. The room was spacious. It was great to have air con and a fan because the heat was crazy while we were there.

Our stay at Sapana Village Lodge was fantastic. One of the highlights was the opportunity to observe and interact with the rescued elephants. Every morning and evening, we could watch them taking a bath in the river, and we also participated in the feeding activity in the morning. The staff at Sapana Village Lodge are incredibly nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available with a smile.
Hands down the best Hotel I stayed in in Nepal during my 6 months here. Beautiful hotel, very well maintained, from rooms to gardens to XL pool. The staff were very well trained and professionals. A big shout out to all of them for providing such a great service. The hotel is a 30 min walk away from the village, on our way back one evening the locals pointed us out to some rhino's just on the other side of fence. Nice spacious rooms with modern clean bathroom, I can fully recommend staying here!
We loved our stay at Chiwan Village Resort. The rooms were very nice, the beds very comfortable ( good hard mattresses ) . The service was excellent. Delicious food. Beautiful garden. The staff and the owner had been absolutely wonderful. We would love to come back

Very good position, very nice and quite place, 200mt far to the city center, perfect to avoid the noise of the main street. The manager mr. Rajendra was very helpful, kind and availability, always ready to resolve any problem. Chitwan Village Resort will be my home in my next visit in town.

We had a great time at Chitwan Village Resort! We came one day earlier, but it was no problem at all and we even got discount because we slept there 2 nights instead of 1. The food was very good and they had a big menu. The room was clean, had a mosquito net and good space. The day after our arrival we had a jungle safari, jungle walk and canoeing activities, which we booked ourselves, but the resort also had the opportunity to book it for you. They've also got parking space for your car, motorcycle etc.
Really nice and adventurous trip to Sauraha! Nice accomodation and people met there. The owner helped us to organize all the safari activities, without overcharging and brought us everywhere by jeep and motorcycle. Because of Raj, we could see lots more of Rhinos walking trough the village, dooing kind of private safari with him. So everything was well done. Thank you.
The room was nice and big. Vicky and his family were really super nice and made my stay feel very special, thanks so much! I really enjoyed the village tour that Vicky took me to on the day of my arrival, it was very interesting. They can help you book your tours, bus tickets, you can rent a bike there and they can prepare a really good packed lunch to bring with you on your tours. Overall really a great experience 😊
