+ the hosts Max and Marta are super welcoming, friendly and warm - I felt very comfortable from the very first moment + the apartment is very cozy, simple and in a typical Nicaraguan style (love the rocking chairs:)), clean and has an own bathroom and a kitchenette (it could be a little bit more equipped for cooking but I think you can just ask for pots and pans), you even have your small private outside space + location: close to everything Thank you for everything Max and Marta!

I booked for one night and I finally stayed for 5. You can just rent a bike and explore the island without moving to another location/hotel. I felt more comfortable staying in the main city, having an AC room (is very hot these days and you need that), in a quiet place with many restaurants around you that you can visit in the evening and explore new places every day. The owner is a very nice person, I can definitely recommend to stay here if you will visit Ometepe!

Enjoyed our stay here. The host Jose is a really friendly and welcoming guy, he helped us organise a scooter rental with ease and gave us advice on good spots on the island. The property is awesome, great views of Volcan Concepcion, really good kitchen facilities for making your own food, everything was clean! There are fruit trees on the property which you can pick your own (coconuts and citrus fruits). Would recommend.
