After getting in later than expected ,we was greeted with a Maltese platter ,and other basic essentials which was a lovely touch.
The apartment is spacious with a decent size balcony with bar and restaurants, and small convenience shops all on your doorstep.
The promenade is a 5 minute walk away .Checking in couldn't have been easier ,thanks to the instruction sent by the owner Bernice.

It was spotless and had everything we needed. Our host - Josephine’s Sister Maria was fantastic to us - a true God’s send. She offered to show us the Island on a whole day Sunday tour and we didn’t hesitate to accept. She took us to places we would have struggled to find. It was a fantastic day. Lovely apartment. In a quiet side street which was perfect for us but only a few minutes from the bus station, supermarket, lots of restaurants and coffee shops and also a nice beach for swimming and snorkeling. The apartment was clean and well equipped with lots of space. Great communication from Alfio and accessing the property was really straightforward. Definitely recommend it if you're coming to Malta.

This corner villa is very clean and the host is very friendly. She welcomed us to the property and always made herself available. All rooms are very spacious, plenty of natural light and very comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was outstanding! Ideal location within walking distance from the Bugibba promenade. Parking was not a problem since a parking space is available on site. Greatly recommended!!

I got room with sea view. The sea view is great. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. There was tea and sweeteners and battle of still water in the room. Good spot to get quickly to Mdina (Radat), Mellieha, Popeye Village, multiple beaches in Ghadira Bay. Good option to spend one night if you don’t care about quality of facility.
Everything was great. Eggs, bread, ham, milk, juice, cheese and water were already in fridge before we came. Joseph was really helpful. He gave us so many tips, where to go, where/what to eat, where to rent car, where ro buy grosseries, fish... Appartment is on 1st floor in new building. There is always free space to park nearby of in front of building. You are 20-25 min by car from Valleta, or 15min from Popaye village. Nearby are good bar and cafes for breakfast of coffee. Also supermarket is just 3 min by walk away.
We enjoyed the view from our terrace on the bay, and also that we could walk to supermarkets and the boulevard.
It is a comfortable apartment with spacious bedrooms and a good kitchen as we were cooking most evenings.
The location is also very convenient on the island. Bugibba isnt very charming by itself so i wouldnt recommend the village but all other places are within easy reach. Especially when you have a rental car.
Location, location, location brilliant. Villa was clean with fabulous facilities. Loved having the rooftop terrace plus the lower terrace with BBQ. Plenty of shaded areas available and space for everyone.
Communication throughout was excellent. We needed a replacement iron, this was promptly delivered same day.
