Modern, clean and spacious appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The appartment was well equipped (kitchen facilities, appliances, toiletries, shampoos etc) and information re the island was provided. Superb location - 5minutes by foot to Balluta bay, supermarket, restaurants , bus stops.
We recommend U Bistrot for breakfast, dinner; Kalama in Sliema for takeaway seafood(fried mix or grilled shrimps); prosecco in Balluta Kiosk on Pjazza tal Balluta; drinks in the night in Juuls (St Julians).

Everything was great, the hosts and staff were first class and the room and views delightful. The location was a typical Maltese village/town and the locals and atmosphere were both very friendly. Plenty of good and varies placed to eat were within walking distance.
We came here for my best friend's hen party and the villa was incredible, the space and the outside area blew us all away! We absolutely loved it and Charles was an excellent and helpful host! Pool was gorgeous, BBQ was a great addition and everyone had the best time.

the villa is typically Maltese with a stunning garden full of different plants. Maria and Roger are 2 kind and helpful hosts always ready to give advice and have a chat. Special mention to the real host, Toby the boxer! Always ready to cuddle and very very polite.
It is certainly a place to recommend. The clean and tidy room, the scented towels (the host also provide those for the sea), stocked minibar, different breakfast served on the terrace every day! VOTO:10+

The villa is very good located-strangely right that you can travel everywhere and in quiet neighborhoods far from crowded tourist attractions. Highly recommended!
The villa was amazing for our group of 8 and the facilities were great to have. Upon arriving we were amazed by the size of the villa and swimming pool. The host was very responsive and helpful which was nice as well. The location of the villa was pretty good as we could easily visit most places by taxi within 15 minutes. Overall we had a great time swimming, playing table tennis and exploring Malta.
