The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service.

It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine.
Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of

On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.

One of the best night’s sleep we’ve had in Sri Lanka! Quiet, comfortable and convenient for Visa Extension, I’d recommend if you need to be close to the immigration office as it is a short walk. There are a couple of restaurants close by or it is easy to order Uber.

Very neat and clean. The house is beautiful and full of lush greenery. The hosts were kind, warm, welcoming and were very helpful at every turn. I spent Diwali in Sri Lanka, away from family, but they encouraged me to buy little lamps and decorate the house. I was very touched and I thank them for their incredible kindness. The villa itself is stunning yet peaceful with lovely interior and lots of different outdoor spaces. The room is spacious with balcony and seating area. The pool was perfect for a refreshing swim.
The staff were very polite and helpful. Milinda cooked us a personalised breakfast with Sri Lankan specials to try, something new each day. Overall loved our stay and would be happy to return!
