What makes this place special is the owner. Very kind, always tried to help us and even giving us juices and cake (thank you for wood apple juice :).

Nimal and his family were fantastic hosts and made us feel very comfortable from the start..The room was great and had everything we needed.as well as access to their kitchen/living area. Their house is centrally located in Dikwella with Dikwella beach just across the road and Hiriketiya beach only a short walk away. I would highly recommend their house to anyone that is looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The villa is on the hill, 5 minutes walk from the beach but far enough away to have peace and relaxation, and has everything you need in Hiri. Indika is a wonderful woman, she will make your stay in Lohas as pleasant as possible and she cooks amazing! We had a mishap on the last night and both she and her husband made sure everything was okay. If I come back to Hiriketiya, I will definitely stay with her.

The best accommodation I stayed in during my three weeks in Sri Lanka. It was excellent value for me and my partner but there are two double rooms and absolutely loads of space making even better value for a group of four.
The villa included a private pool, modern facilities and a roof top area. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding.

This was the best accommodation during our Sri Lanka trip. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is great, the villa is amazing and the location is superb. We also met the manager who is very kind. Highly recommended!
Place was very well maintained and clean. All the necessary facilities like A/C, hot water, furniture, kitchen, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, pans, knives, cutlery, plates and bowls were available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole property was very spacious.
Dimal the owner was kind enough to provide us with early checkin and a late checkout. Asela the property caretaker was friendly and attentive to any queries we had regarding the villa.
Great new villas located at the end of Dikwella beach and only a short walk to Hiri beach. The villas were clean and comfortable and the pool was great for a dip on a hot afternoon. Everything you could need is only a short walk away and there is no shortage of places to eat and drink nearby. Amazing breakfast every day. Great views to the ocean and surrounding areas.
We had a great stay at Kolition Villa. We planned to stay for 1 night and extended to 7 days. The rooms are clean and the view at the ocean is beautiful, especially when you wake up. It’s very quiet, still you reach good restaurants within a few minutes. The famous Smoke and Bitters is just a 1 min walk. To the beach you need 5 min.
WiFi works well and the host is very nice.
Beautiful luxury villa just a short walk from both Hiriketya and Dickwella beaches. Staff are very good and attentive and full of good ideas and tips. They even came at 04.00 to check us out. Highly recommended.
